TOFS School brings together industry expertise, practical experience, and modern educational formats so that knowledge translates directly into confident decisions in the field.

History

The TOFS School traces its origins to the opening of the Baker Hughes training center in Tyumen in 2017 to train the company’s internal staff. Over time, our educational programs became in demand among external customers as well.

Over the years, we have not only maintained high training standards, but also improved our approaches to competency development and management. Today, our center continues to grow and develop, offering a wide range of programs — from foundational knowledge to specialized areas.
